 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress actor, comedian, activist) is a comedian. Her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and started her acting career as a child just after moving to the United States. Her most well-known work is her appearances on AT&T commercials on television. In these commercials, she was Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and then 2020 (since 2020 (from). Her commercial appearances were not her only activity she appeared in. She also appeared on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Also, she was an actor on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub is also the voice for Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the TV pilot that was never aired New Warriors. Vayntrub, a Jewish person, was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. At the age of two She and her parents relocated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. Her family's financial troubles resulted in her appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of five. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. She dropped out of school following her sophomore year. She obtained the GED and obtained an undergraduate degree in Arts (Communication) from the University of California San Diego. She learned improv comedy from the Upright Citizens Brigade.
