Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who both are stand-up comics and social worker. She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook first made an appearance in an announcement of public service for foster care when she was seven years old. of age, and began working as a child print model when she was 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and appearing on the milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
